  1. What services do you perform each visit?

    In each visit, we perform the same service as described in the services page. For example, if you get the standard cleaning for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service, we will clean everything that is on that cleaning list every time we visit.
  2. Are your employees trustworthy?

    ?

    Our teams are professionally trained so that they will do a great job cleaning your home. They are reliable and committed to your satisfaction.
  3. Will the same team come each visit?

    ?

    We try to send the same team to your home every time. Sometime due to customer rescheduling or employees days off, we do send other team. However, the quality of your cleaning service should not be affected.
  4. How many people will clean my house?

    ?

    We send a team of 2 or sometimes 3 persons, it depends on the size of your house.
  5. Should I tip my house cleaners?

    ?

    Tipping is neither required nor expected, but it is greatly appreciated by the Crew and a great way of saying “Thanks”. 100% of tips go directly to the Crew that serviced your account for the day.
  6. Do I have to be home while you clean?

    ?

    You don't have to be home while we clean. For efficiency purposes it is preferred that the house is empty and the animals are taken outside or put in a cage. We love to meet our customers, so you are welcome to be there if you want to.
  7. If there is a problem with the cleaning service, what do I do?

    ?

    Please don't re-clean the area yourself, you have already paid us to do so. Call us immediately. We will send a team as soon as possible to take care of the problem, at no extra charge of course.
  8. How can I re-schedule or skip a cleaning?

    ?

    Please call us or email us. Give us at least 24hrs notice, unless someone in your home is ill.
  9. Who provides the products?

    ?

    We provide the products, but if you have special products for certain furniture or floors that you want us to use, we'll use them too.
  10. How do I pay?

    ?

    You can leave a check or cash in the dining room table or kitchen counter. You can also pay online with debit or credit card on our website.
